Pineapple Cocktails
Pineapple Shaker
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
drop of lemon juice
Use a shaker and add crushed ice.
Bahama Breeze
1 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz Apricot Liqueur
1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/4 oz Grenadine
1/4 oz Honey
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple juice
Blend well, serve with garnish and ice cubes in a tall
glass.
Yellow Bird
1 1/4 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Galliano Liqueur
2 ozs. Orange Juice
2 ozs. Pineapple Juice
1 Cherry and/or Slice of Orange
Pina Colada
1 1/4 oz. Gold Rum
1/2 oz. Coconut Liqueur
3 ozs. Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. Cream
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Cherry
